Business in offshore

This is not a secret what the offshore companies are incorporated and used for: the reduction of tax burden in the host country of business dealing. Everybody knows also that the tax institutions themselves keep an eye at offshores and their owners very attentively.

What will the owner of the offshore answer to this question of a policeman: what is the address of your counterpart and what is its phone number, where 's its office etc.? So, having bought the non-resident company for $1500–2000, the reasonable and far-sighted proprietor will not stint on $50 for purchase of a phone number in the country where his/her offshore company is registered.

A direct phone number in particular, not just a virtual office with a simple voicemail.
